Hi Everyone!
Thanks for checking out our site! If you are reading this, you are probably friend or family to us. Our community is what has brought us together and what sustains us, so hopefully we will see you at some point in the next few months to share our excitement about our recent engagement!
It turns out that when a couple decides to get married, they must plan what's called a 'wedding', or 'hitchin'. This reality is still sinking in for both of us, and as a way to shake off the deer-in-headlights effect that it has produced, we have decided that we should start this website (er, blog) to organize our thoughts and plans. Much like our wedding (read: relationship), this site will be a constant work in progress, with a D-I-Y spirit and only a minimal regard for class and convention. (Note: we've decided to use the blog format in order to avoid the strange we-own-your-content attitude of wedding websites.)
Please check out the links to the left for all the details...and then email us to tell us what's missing. As we have decided to get married by the end of summer, updates to this site will be fast and furious, so check back often!
